This is a simple order form. You can either fill it out and submit it online, or print it and fax it to us. Either way you can choose whether to provide your credit card number or not. Once your order is received we will contact you if necessary to confirm the order and total price including freight, and to get your credit card number if not already supplied. Prices include GST. Please provide your email address, physical delivery address and contact details.

FREIGHT CHARGES: (subject to change with courier cost without notice)

For up to 5kg:
- Auckland $8.00 (up to 20kg. Orewa to Pukekohe);
- North of Warkworth to Whangarei/Dargaville $11.50;
- North of Whangarei $15.50;
- South of Pukekohe to Te Awamutu/Cambridge/Coromandel 11.50;
- Further South including Whakatane $15.50;
- South Island $18.00.
For amounts over 5kg or shipping overseas, please contact us.
