How to enjoy: The Beaumont shell is notoriously tough, so you’ll need a proper macadamia nutcracker (not a standard pliers-style one!). Once cracked, enjoy the kernels raw for a sweet, milky crunch, or lightly roast them in the oven at 120°C for 10–15 minutes to bring out those rich, buttery notes.
